Equipped with all the latest equipment required for the diagnosis of infectious diseases and having more than 300 types of tests available, we are delighted to be working with Indian start-up RCID Laboratories of Bhilai.

Founded in 2023 by Dr. Shrutica Tamrakar, RCID Labs hired 30+ staff, including 18 lab technicians and has strong administration support in Legal, HR, Sales, Marketing & Procurement. Dr. Tamrakar’s vast experience from esteemed clinics like Calcutta Medical Research Institute and Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences forms the foundation of this venture.

Our collaboration started this summer after being contacted by new-hire COO Amit Saurabh looking for a digital transformation partner to structure his KPI-focused performance management program and track change projects across the ever-changing organisational landscape of the new-found company.

4. Report to management:Initial reporting set and review cadence proposed to Senior Management to ensure proactive action-taking in situations of under performance

Regional clinical and infectious diseases Laboratory (RCID Lab) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Govt approved specialised infectious disease testing laboratory. This marks our second ISO 9001 certified small-client initiative in the past 2 months indicating once again that our operational excellence platform and service offering is for the quality-focused start-up looking for structure and discipline in their operating model governance program.
